One of our clients, a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry is currently looking for a Project Manager with experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Start: ASAP

Length: min 6 months

Location: South of Brussels

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

- Monitor the progression of projects portfolio through the Technical Life Cycle Value Stream Gating, and communicate metrics.
- Maintain central projects database updated (+ 300 projects total)
- Support the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, andtools
- Ensure the maintenance and development of the datse: strong Excel skills is expected
- Effective tracking and communication of project status and metrics
- Edit Monthly reports

Publish monthly Departement performance

- TLCM Quality KPIs (Deviations, Capa)
- Monitor Quality Product Review deliverables
- Training program (with secretary support)
- White board communication print out

Support the Agenda of communities of practices

Consolidate TLCTs requirement for the Life Cycle Product Review

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The PMO will, in partnership with the Head of Business and Process Improvements:

- Develop, update and communicate robust and predictable project plansutilising project management best practice
- Drive execution, coordinate and track progress of project schedule(s)against agreed milestones, costs and resources across departments.
- Proactively identify deviations from schedule/budget and any otherissues, evaluate options and implement optimal solutions within adefined timeframe through appropriate interactions with TLCT/Task Forcemembers.
- Drive preparation for key decisions at appropriate governing bodies
- Ensure identification of project risks and creation of risk register for the project with TLCT, manage the register on an ongoing basis
- Provide project management expertise and leadership

PREREQUISITES

Education:

- University degree, scientific frame with appropriate PM methodology qualification or adequate PM experience

Specific skills:

- Scientific English skills (write/speak fluently)
- Presentation skills
- Training to the internal tools
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills,
- Communication skills
- Strong Excel skills required (Database, Macro) for tooling development

Knowledge & experience:

- Portfolio management
- Understanding of the development phases of a vaccine (phases ofclinical development, regulatory requirements, )
- Analytical, logical thought process with strong information organisation/management skills
- Effective time management, ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks
