PMO with CA Clarity

For our banking client based in Zurich is currently looking for a SENIOR PMO WITH CA CLARITY
Location: Zurich
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Languages: English and German
Budgeting
- Performs budget planning and budget controlling (in CA Clarity)
Program Planning
- Maintains Roadmap
- Hosts planning workshops
Steering and Control
- Monitors progress and resources
- Ensures that all Program-specific standards are met
Program Reporting
- Ensures a streamlined reporting on all reporting levels (status reports, Issue & Risks, consolidated program reporting, etc.)
Program Administration and Support
- Provides advice, coaching, guidance and support of Project PMOs
- Organizes meetings, workshops, town halls etc.
- Prepares and maintains Program documentation (eg Information Package, Program Roadmap etc.)
- Maintains Communication Plan
- Editorial lead for communications to stakeholders (eg Newsletter)
- Takes minutes of meeting and workshops
- Manages contracts for external workforce
- Maintains Program SharePoint
Required Skillset
- Experience of working on Program and Project level
- Robust Project Management/PMO experience
- Native German language-speaker preferred
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Excel (financial analytics, etc.), MS Access, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Good understanding for Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
- Solid SharePoint technical skills
- Knowledge of financial industry a plus
- Experience with CA Clarity and Oracle BI a plus
