PMO with Banking Experience (3236)

For a six months project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

PMO WITH BANKING EXPERIENCE (3236)

You will be working in the banks internal project management office (PMO) team lending your services to various project managers within Switzerland. For this role we're looking for somebody with a track record as PMO who has already had some experience in managing projects himself.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT/PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE
- Project management qualification such as Prince2, PMI or similar
- Thorough knowledge of the project life cycle and PM tools such as MS Project
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Powerpoint
- GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF IT INFRASTRUCTURE
- Project financial management
- Fluent written and spoken English, German would be an asset
- Excellent communication/presentation (oral and written) and report writing skills
- High degree of flexibility with a can do attitude
- Strong problem solving skills
- Solution oriented
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills as well as ability to manage conflict
- Experience of dealing with senior management
- KNOWLEDGE OF CA CLARITY AND JIRA WOULD BE HIGHLY DESIRABLE

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

- Project plan structuring, scheduling and levelling
- Resource allocation and dependency tracking
- Assistance in business case development and tracking
- Capex and fixed price tracking
- Status, forecast and project accounting as well as QA management
- Risk and issue monitoring and management
- Progress, status and forecast
- Communication concept including tools (Intranet, mails, internal meetings)
- PM COACHING AND SUPPORT
