Job Mission

The Project Management Officer is responsible for supporting cross sector project & program management by executing world-class project management processes and methodologies and provides timely and accurate project information to secure effective decision making.

Job Description

- Support development/maintenance project plan
- Monitor actual vs. planned burnrate
- Maintain Action & Decision log
- Contact action holders to monitor status of agreed actions
- Send out communication to project team and stakeholders
- Write MoM Project team and PB meeting
- Prep Bi-weekly progress update
- Inform PL on coming project milestones
- Organize, prep, facilitate and write MoM of workshops
- Support sign off project docs

Education

Bachelor or master degree, preferably in the area of Business Engineering or Technical Business Administration.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years working experience as a hands-on Project Management Officer for large complex programs and detailed projects or 5 years of experience as a Project Leader in a dynamic and innovative high-tech organization.

EXPERT KNOWLEDGE IN THE AREA OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN A HIGH-TECH ENVIRONMENT RELATED TO A PRODUCT CREATION PROCESS.

Experience with planning methods and tooling, for instance EPM (Enterprise Project Management) is preferred.

Personal skills

Excellent communicator, process skills and being able to influence without hierarchical power.

Convincing personality.
