My client has an exciting opportunity for a PMO Administration Support Specialist to work in their Dublin based office on a 6-9 month contract.
COMPANY BACKGROUND:
My client is a multinational pharmaceutical company
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
A combination of PMO and Transition Management
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Transition Management:
- Being the central point of contract for various parties involved
- Planning and coordination of onboarding, training and mentoring activities
- Creating onboarding plan and ensuring relevant curriculum and knowledge transfer
- Collating weekly feedback
- Overseeing the updates to SharePoint
- Identifying and managing risks and issues throughout the onboarding, training and mentoring life cycle
PMO:
- Status reports
- Workstream meeting set-up and running, deck preparation and tracking against workstream deliverables
- Action lists
- Risk log
- Weekly progress update meetings
IDEAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 4 years' experience of transitions or Project Management
- Service transition across geographies for multinationals clients
- Knowledge transfer and process mapping
- Outsourcing/Shared services/Global Business Services experience
- Hands on transition/PM skills
- Results orientated
- Process driven and methodical
