PMO (Temenos) wanted for an international bank in Zurich.
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing the contracts of the external employees and the Temenos contracts
- Consolidating the status report for the weekly meeting and preparing the management slides for all different boards (eg STC, ExB, BoD etc.)
- Tracking progress of the project (budget/actual/forecast, deadlines etc.)
- Maintaining the project governance, meeting plan for the stakeholder updates and the project risk overview
- Managing the Protime for the project (authorisation, task setup etc.)
- Overviewing the external/internal/backfill resources (up to date)
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Experience as PMO
- General expertise in Private Banking
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of project management tools (eg WBS, status reporting, progress tracking, budget/actual management, risk assessment etc.)
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
START: 02/2016
