PMO Telco (Turkish/English)

SENOVO IT is urgently looking for a PMO with strong Telco experience/backgroun fluent in Turkish and English with at least 5 years minimum in managing business transformation programs in the Telco industry.
It is important to have Telco background experience
Location: Istanbul
Languages: English fluent, nice to have: Turkish (native)
Client/Industry: Telco
Start date: mid July 2015
Duration: 12 months +
PMO with about 5 years experience (minimum) and experience in migration projects, business transformation projects, CRM billing experience and experience in managing business transformation programs and/or complex delivery projects.
The candidate will ensure that all program's streams are correctly identified and will work with technical and business project managers to:
- Enforce accurate reporting
- Manage Risks & Issues and drive escalations as needed
- Ensure consistency among the streams
- Facilitate the identification of options
- Manage the integrated plan
- Manage the scope (change requests)
- Be active in resolving conflicts
- CRM Billing
- Project Manager
- Provide advisory and leadership for special ad-hoc tasks, create taskforces when necessary
Reporting to the program manager, the candidate will be active in consolidating input from all stakeholders and preparing executive presentations and status summary.
The candidate has to be proficient in using MS Office tool (eg excel, Powerpoint, project) and must show outstanding communication skills and ability to achieve targets.

This role is for a dynamic professional who has strong PMO and some project management experience, PMO, Project Manager, Telco, CRM billing.
Project manager certifications such as PMP are considered as a plus.
