PMO/Team Assistant
Leading Pharmaceutical Organisation is looking for a highly proactive and outgoing individual.
Key responsibilities include:
- Arranging trainings, workshops and any other related activities on a national and international
- Autonomous organization and coordination of full-package events, meetings and in that context, team activities for all team members (internal and external, national and international locations; employees, country organizations and clients)
- Ensure that agendas are prepared on time; taking minutes and tracking rolling action lists
- Establish and care for all web-based platforms of the team
- Actively influence team coherence and team satisfaction
- Serve as sparring partner for the leadership, especially for team oriented topics
- Actively manage the image the department gives to the outside, positively influence the perception other departments have of the own area
- Manage interfaces to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate and steer the continuous improvement of work processes
Requirements:
- Multiple years of experience in large companies, preferably with Matrix organizations
- Sound communication skills in English, fluency in German is an asset
- Reliability, persistence, and organizational talent
- A good understanding of the business and business processes are desired
- Profound knowledge in Microsoft Office and ideally in SAP/R3
