PMO - Swift

Position Purpose

Filtering centralization project is aiming to restructure clients SWIFT and filtering set-up aiming to switch up Regional infrastructure sin Singapore and migrating towards a unique hub in Paris.

Remote Project Management Officer will be in charge of Paris follow up of critical activities needed by Asia region. Principal subjects will be SSLA and inter client group document management, tasks and incidents assigned to head offices

His/Her primary task will be to assist project management in APAC to prepare, assist the sign-off process and follow-up timely all necessary documents following client and project quality practices. He/She will be involved primary in SWIFT project coordination liaising with various team members in Paris.

Key Responsibilities

Project management and quality Project management

*Follow up all Asia Pacific related tasks in Paris, ensuring that each topic is properly handed according to priorities defined.
*Identifying all major tasks and related responsible teams in Head office focusing on SWIFT, infrastructures and generally speaking architecture
*Identifying all necessary documents ( SLA ) in the project scope and related stakeholders
*Regular task follow-up including High level follow up including steering committees contribution. Monitoring progresses and risks.
*Provide to APAC project managers assistance and advices they may need regarding Paris teams relationship and tasks follow up

*Escalate to project management any discrepancy, risks or concerns
