My client is urgently looking for a strong PMO on a 6 - 12 month contract based in Zurich
PMO Support - Our client, a major bank, is currently looking for a PMO Support to assist the project and programme managers in the following:

Support the Head of Projects and the Programme Manager in the monthly reporting cycle, which includes a number of reports for different audiences including senior executives.

Coordinate the production of monthly portfolio reports, ensuring they meet quality standards. This includes reviewing the content of the reports, and providing feedback and suggestions to programme and project managers. Gathering project data and producing information for management review and support invoicing process.

Work directly with the Programme Manager and the programmeacting as change control; addressing current issues and future requirements.

Identify areas for improvement within Programme and Project Management templates and processes
