Main tasks and responsibilities:
Portfolio Management
* Support the Portfolio Manager in managing the project portfolio by providing timely and accurate information via the PPM Tool.
Project Management
* Support project managers in the development of projects plans (key milestones, dependencies between projects, holistic effort and financials)
* Support the Project Managers with the resource management, project planning, and project financials processes
* Ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency in Clarity
Financial Management
* Check project financial accuracy in Clarity including forecast & actuals
* Run wip adjustment when required
* Support IM Financewe welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
