ROLE: PMO Support - Retail Banking - MSP - Financial Tracking - RAID

OVERVIEW:

Our client, a major UK retail bank, require the services of a PMO Analyst to support a project to deliver capability and expertise in Alternative Assets

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

- Project Support is required to assist the three project manager and Programme Manager plus the wider Project Team with all areas of project support, including
- Oversee project risks, issues and actions
- Monitor project dependencies and ensure all touch points are actively managed
- Assist with regular progress reporting
- Assist with project financial tracking
- Meeting paperwork preparation and co-ordination, including minute taking

CORE SKILLS

- 3-5 years experience of MS Office applications, including MS Project.
- Experience of project management life cycle, progressing risks, issues, dependencies and project reporting.
- Must be highly proactive person experienced in dealing with multiple stakeholders in different locations
- Project financial tracking
