PMO Support Manager/Banking

My client is one if Ireland's leading Commercial Banks. One of Ireland's "Big Four" they offer a full range of personal and corporate banking services.

They are currently seeking an experienced PMO to work within Direct Channels Team. The Direct Channels development agenda for 2014 comprises a number of workstreams of delivery across Internet Channel Development, Self-Service Banking, Digital Relationship Management Development (Including Contact Centres) and iBusiness Banking.

Key Responsibilities:

* Development and on- going maintenance of an overall portfolio plan and roadmap

* Support the collation, escalation and resolution of key portfolio issues, risks and dependencies

* Co-ordination of the Direct Channels Governance status meetings including preparation of inputs and outputs.

* Co-ordination of overall portfolio budget spend and forecast

* Resource tracking - utilisation vs budget.

* Documentation of outputs from key meetings

* Support Direct Channels Programme Management

* Co-ordination of Change Control process

* Support the development of Business Cases (C.I.D.s') as appropriate
