PMO Support Consultant Contract - French Speaker - Paris

PMO SUPPORT CONSULTANT CONTRACT - FRENCH SPEAKER - PARIS 

Location of role: Paris - La Defence area

Working arrangement: 5 days a week on-site at office

Duration: immediate till end of year (4-5 months)

Languages: Fluent French & English

SKILLS SUMMARY

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role will provide pro-active support to the work stream manager and Programme Manager by facilitating the activities of the application migration work stream. The core duties will be to capture and document the output from project workshops and meetings  and actively chase these through to a conclusion or escalate to the Programme Manager. Some coordination of third parties is expected to align their activities with This is not a technology specific position but the meetings will be technical in nature so the candidate must be comfortable working in a technology environment and will have a background of working in technology project teams

The successful candidate will be able to project self-confidence and be assertive where necessary to ensure work stream deliverables are prioritized. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Schedule project meetings
- Log actions/issues arising from meetings into a SharePoint web form
- Chase actions and progress reports from the work stream team members
- Maintain status records to provide an accurate summary of progress
- Coordinate activities with third parties

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Tertiary education

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION GUIDELINES:

3+ years project administration or PMO experience in a technology related field
