PMO Support

Harvey Nash is looking for a PMO Support for a 7 month project in Switzerland.

You are responsible for
- Supporting GIS PMO domain lead and internal PM in financial closing of all projects
- managing and resolving discrepancies between Good receipts and invoices
- ensuring alignment between vendors and clients' invoicing team
- coordinating activities and collecting data/information from internal PMs, consolidat einout into slides fofr Domain lead
- Participating in the planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting of project activities through all phases of the prots directly in the responsibility of the domain Lead
- Performing project tasks that need local presence for all PMs located remotely
- Assisting the Domain Lead in coordinating project activities; updating project schedule activities, durations, and start and finish dates; updating resource assignments, estimated man hours, and actual man hours
- Compiling information to produce reports with analyses of and recommendations for project progress; researching and reporting on delayed activities and proposing remedial actions to accelerate progress
- Collaborating with Domain Lead and Financial Analyst to develop project cash flow reports. Assists in development of spending and resource time lines for new projects and programs

Requirements

- Excellent knowledge of financial and project processes
- Deep knowledge of GIS PMO Client and Platform Services domain
- English and German required
