We are seeking a PMO Support/Analyst for an initial 6 month contract based in our Project Management team at our Retail Support Centre in Watford.

As PMO Support you are responsible for supporting the Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst/Solutions Architect in the delivery of various projects/programmes. Initially this role will be integral in the introduction of a new Global Order Management system into our multi-channel business.

As PMO Support you will undertake project administration, deputise for the Project Managers and Business Analysts, administer ICT led project meetings and manage the diaries and calendars for the projects and programmes team. As PMO Support Officer you will report to the team leader/Senior Project Manager.

This is a high pressure environment and as PMO Support Officer you will be intimately involved in supporting this key project therefore an ability to work under pressure, communicate well in written and spoken English and be very well organised, is key.

To be successful as PMO Support Officer it is essential that you have previous experience in a similar role where you have supported complex projects. You will be highly IT literate in Microsoft programmes and have a great understanding of project and programme methodology.

You will have a good level of education and be successful as a candidate for the PMO Support Officer role you will be qualified to at least foundation level in PRINCE2. BA experience is desirable.
