PMO Supplier Contracts Separation (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Establish a PMO structure and process to ensure an adequate tracking and reporting on project status - communicate the PMO structure and process to all relevant project stakeholders in coordination with procurement and logistics contract separation lead
-Support definition and creation/adaptation of tools and systems for project planning, tracking and reporting
-Produce project management reports for the various dimensions of the project and different stakeholder communities, consolidating status reporting, preparation of decision-making material and coordinating feedback
-Provide special analysis as required, e.g. spend coverage, risk exposure etc.
-Execute agreed steps to be centrally managed, including standard communication to suppliers
-Follow-up status with PL team members and provide guidance and support on the contract separation process, risk identification and mitigation, dependency, progress tracking, escalation management
-Support issue resolution during execution phase, coordinating with all relevant project stakeholders and SMEs

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Relevant business experience in the area of procurement and logistics, contract management and/or project management
-Highly analytical and structured, result-focused personality - solid knowledge of procurement function and processes
-Ability to work in short deadlines and under time pressure
-Proven project management skills
-Demonstrated leadership skills to work with virtual teams and experience in working in an international environment
-Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills
-Fluency in English, other languages skills are beneficial
