PMO Specialist

Our client, a leading media and telecommunications organisation and currently in the midst of a high profile and unique project within their field.

Based in their modern central London office you will work as part of the Programme Leadership team.

This person will be accountable for all PMO services whilst delegating responsibility across their PMO team to achieve maximum effective

You will be working on projects related to Telecommunications Access Networks and you

You will manage administer and develop governance and reporting processes related to our programs and projects as well as demand management and other services our PMO provides within Access Network and beyond eg. represent in/support various governance forums,

You will maintain management information logs, flow, reports and presentation, support project stakeholders to pass through smoothly through the governance/approval gates, preparing proper submission materials as well supporting projects delivery working with PMs on reporting but also helping them

- Identify resource pool
- preparing various decks with management information for decision makers
- perform portfolio analysis on both financial and non-financial performance and recommend adjustments and risk or issues responses
- contribute to portfolio planning and optimisation
- contribute to training services we are giving to various stakeholders,
- Work with Clarity PPM and Sharepoint

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

- 5 years + Commercial PMO experience
- Experience in working on international projects
- Experience working on Telecommunications project (Access Network project experience highly desirable)
- Fluent in English
- Strong commercial experience of Sharepoint, Excel, PowerPoint

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

- Clarity skills
- Communication in German and or Dutch and
- Recognised project management certification
