For one of our clients in Amsterdam we are looking for a Senior PMO (Project Management Officer)

MAIN ACTIVITIES WILL BE:

-

Assisting the Program Manager and his team by establishing, implementing and supporting on going processes for governance, control, communication and reporting.
-

Assisting the program manager with the collation of program plans/roadmaps and dependency maps to create accurate and concise plans and roadmaps.
-

Assist with creation and on-going compilation of program reports to Boards and Steer Co's as appropriate
-

Assisting with set up and population of a SharePoint Portal, creating a central document library, templates for program governance and other collaboration tools, ensuring that program information is stored appropriately, and visible as appropriate to team members and stakeholders.

Assisting the Program Manager with the collation and standardisation of program-level information including Plans, Risk & Issue/Dependency/Change/Action logs, Resource and Comms Plans and program budget information.

Ensuring that all program governance is created and managed in line with DMG PMO gated delivery processes and controls.

Assist with the organisation and mobilisation of program resources including staff and a program office space to centrally locate the program team.

Ensuring consistency and accuracy across all program information - resolving inconsistencies and escalating to the Program Manager as appropriate.

Ensuring compliance with the relevant telecom governance/audit requirements.

Providing program/project assurance, advice, guidance and support to colleagues as/when required. Maintaining baselined versions of key static programme information including Business Case, project briefs, project definitions, programme organisation and terms of reference.

KNOCK OUTS:

5+ years PMO experience working on large scale projects or programs
-

PRINCE 2 or equivalent
-

Excellent project financial control and budget management experience
-

Excellent project planning and scheduling experience
-

Experience mapping and managing complex multi-program dependencies
-

Excellent MS Office and MS Project skills
-

Experience of the mobile telecoms industry
-

Experience of Clarity PPM
