PMO Reporting and Management Lead

I am looking for a PMO Reporting and Management Lead for a 2 month project in Manchester.

The ideal candidate will have:

- BPSS (DS) - Baseline Personnel Security Standard (with a Disclosure Scotland);
- Experience of programme management through the full programme life cycle is a pre-requisite of this role.
- Candidates should already be working in a programme office environment.
- P3O or an equivalent certification is required (relevant experience of 3 years or more in a large programme office would be considered equivalent), and foundation or practitioner in Managing Successful Programmes would be an advantage. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate experience of working both within a waterfall and agile development approach and be versed in handling the interfaces between these methodologies.

Your main duties will be:

- To produce Portfolio level Supporting documentation, Business Intelligence and management information accurately and in a timely manner.
- To be able to develop reports, suggest improvements and identify discrepancies where necessary.
- Implementing a framework across the Portfolio to effectively identify, assess and prioritise risks.
- Provide the reporting structure across the Portfolio down to Programme and Project level to ensure there is a quick and accurate flow of information through the structure especially around escalations points.
- To support PMO Lead in providing reporting documentation for the Portfolio. Lead the monitoring, challenging and reporting of individual Project, Programme and overall Portfolio health.
- Provide an Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) function that provides the central repository of Project and Programme information, including progress and status, and provides regular summary reports to senior Portfolio management.
