For our client in Zurich, we are looking for a PMO Regulatory Initiative PSD II for a 5 month's assignment.
Your role
We're looking for someone who can:
- Ensure and coordinate gap analysis with representatives from all EU locations
- Support EU locations in filling in gap analysis template for Payments Service Directive II (PSD 2) work packages
- Coordinate open issues and questions regarding local gap analysis in all EU locations.
- Manage PSD 2 shared mailbox and triage open questions from the locations to the corresponding SME.
- Supporting the program manager to steer and drive the program
- Developing of overall implementation plans, reviewing deliverables and progress tracking against defined milestones
- Ensuring correct and consistent program reporting before submitting to program steering bodies
- Identify and tracking of project risks, issues and action logs
- Project status reports and financial forecasts as part of project control
- Organization of project manager and SME workshops meetings
Your team
You'll be working in the Group Operations EMEA Service & Quality Mgmt team in Zurich. We manage the Operations units in the European locations outside of Switzerland. This role will also have a functional reporting line to the PSD II project manager in the WM Regulatory Management team.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- A degree in Business Information Technology or certification in Project Management or similar
- 5 years practical experience with complex regulatory projects as PMO or Project Manager in the financial industry
- Ideally an understanding of a bank's payments processes
- Hands-on mentality, pro-activity, flexibility (some travel might be involved)
You are:
- detail oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills
- eager to solve complex problems with multidisciplinary teams
- able to create quickly working relationships across different locations
- able to conduct workshops and keep people engaged
- able to communicate and present results to senior management
- fluent in English, German as a plus
Work Experience: Minimum 5 Years
