PMO - Regulatory wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University degree or institute of higher education in Information Technology, Business Administration, Banking or Finance
- Profound background in the financial industry with affinity to technology solutions and regulatory topics
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook
- Competent handling of stakeholder management and client communication skills in an international environment
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Coordinating between front organization, central MiFID II project team, EAMs and 3rd party service provider during roll-out and onboarding phase in Q4 2017
- Collecting and forwarding contract documentation and related follow-ups and maintaining overview of EAMs
- Managing between front organization, mid-office (MiFID II BaU team), EAMs and 3rd party service provider during go-live phase in Q1 2018
- Performing first level support for questions from EAMs along with forwarding of unresolved issues and questions to 2nd level support and mid-office
- Informing front organization about key updates and lessons-learned as well as maintaining central issue log and analysing issue patterns
