PMO Quality and Risk Manager

PMO Quality and Risk Manager:

A new organisation has been set up in the direction Infrastructure. A new department (P2MO: Program and Portfolio Management) has been created but is not yet fully staffed.

General Info of the assignment:

The P2MO quality and risk manager will be working in the department P2MO. But in the day to day work he/she will be part of a project team.

Service expectations:

Expected tasks for the PMO quality and risk manager:
Set up a quality plan for the whole program with main focus on the line 380kV project
Follow up specific quality issues
Follow up of program risks and linked action register...
Set up and follow up a register of all constraints and recommendation received during the different permitting procedures.
Support project leader in project scheduling
Support Program Management Officer in program reporting (budget, schedule, risks...)
The effective tasks list will depend on the current priorities of the program.

Hard skills and soft skills:
Electrical or Mechanical Engineer (civil or industrial)
MS Project
Knowledge of the project management methodology PMI/PMBOK
Knowledge of risk management techniques and methodologies
Flexible, good communication skills, assertive, very well organised, stress resistant, good perception of priorities, team player.

Languages:

Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English French is a plus

Full time: 40 hours per week
