PMO (PSO)/Project Support

Consultant position description

Senior PMO (PSO) resource needed. Experience with PMO administration and support activities from large IT transformation projects or programs. Resource will also be responsible for communication, stakeholder management, and change management activities for the project.

Job description

A senior PMO (PSO) resource is needed with past experience with project support and administration. In addition to performing PMO administration activities, the resource will be responsible for the communication, stakeholder management, and change management activities in the project. Specifically, the resource will support the IT Project Manager on all project activities and will be responsible for all activities outlined in the communication plan, including supporting video blogging function and meeting coordination and execution. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with experience handling a large number and broad array of stakeholders. SharePoint knowledge and skills are a must.

Mandatory Fields

- Senior PMO (PSO) with experience on large IT transformation projects or programs
- Experience with communication and stakeholder management, including planning and executing related activities and familiarity with various communication channels and mediums
- Fluency in English both oral and written.
- Excellent skills in SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, meeting management, presentations.
