PMO/Projektcontrolling Automotive/Infotainment (m/f)

For our client, a market leader in the automotive industry, we are currently hiring a Project Coordinator Infotainment (m/f).

Location: Karlsruhe
Starting date: now , latest 1.8.2015
Duration: > 6 months in a permanent position at Nash direct/Harvey Nash Group, with option to extend

tasks:
* Ensure proper and consistent tracking of the infotainment, connectivity and platform projects
* Work on specific platform projects to support the Project Leader
* Monitor and track project team deliverables (coordinate meetings, track and distribute minutes, follow-up actions)
* Collect, monitor and track weekly project reporting, action and risk lists
* Assist in creating financial reports to review monthly results and support budget monitoring and budget planning activities
* Coordinate communication between functional areas (e. g. Finance, Purchasing, CBU Engineering) to ensure necessary data exchange
* Work on progress improvement initiatives for our platform processes

Qualification profile:
* Technical degree or a degree in Economics
* years of experience in international project controlling/project management support
* Extensive knowledge in project management/project controlling
* Basic financial knowledge to support budget tracking/planning
* Professional computer skills (MS Office)
* Language skills in English and German (ability to understand specifications)
* Strong interpersonal skills, especially teamwork
