PMO Project Scheduler, Zurich, Pharmaceuticals German, English

PMO/Project Scheduler required by a multinational pharmaceutical organisation, fluent in English and German.

As a PMO/Project Scheduler your role will have the following key responsibilities:

- Creation, maintenance and tracking of project plans of medium to large scale projects
- Project plan negotiation and coordination with all involved departments/functions
- Generation of project timeline, budget- and resource planning
- Continuous tracking of the critical path
- Verification of planning assumptions including identification of gaps
- Managing cross-functional plans including tracking of project activities and progress
- Outlining dependencies between tasks within one project or between several projects
- Analysing influences on project planning caused by changes, risks or issues
- Early exposure of any deviations (schedule, resources, budget) and early warning of concerned parties
- Consulting and support of project leaders in identification and implementation of preventive and/or corrective measures
- Preparation of project progress and status reports

Qualifications required:

- Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant area of study (Master or equivalent)
- Advanced knowledge and experience in creation of complex project plans using MS Project/MS Project Server
- Project Management education/certificate/experience (PMP or equivalent), project management know-how across all project phases
- Very good communication skills: ability to communicate on several levels of the organization (in German and English)
- Advanced knowledge and experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
