PMO/Project Manager - Risk Management for Investment Bank

Capital markets consultancy is looking to hire a PMO/Project Manager to help with the risk management projects with investment banking clients.

The suitable candidate will  bring the following experience to this role:

- PMO leadership and coordination across projects and business functions
- Track record of running PMO functions within investment banks or large financial houses
- Demonstrable experience of project and portfolio planning across a number of concurrent projects
- Highly articulate, quick-thinker, resourceful and experience of managing senior stakeholders
- Review, appraise and consolidate project plans into portfolio view
- Management reporting of weekly, monthly and ad-hoc budgets, resource planning, risks, issues, dependencies and benefits, etc.
- Delivery of change management through careful resource planning and supervising the project resources
- Hiring and onboarding candidates with active relationship management with vendors
- Document management through a central sharepoint portal
- Ongoing review and enhancement of programme governance
- MS Powerpoint, excel, access, word
- A good degree qualification and exposure project management methodologies would be a plus

The successful candidate will initially be given a contract for 6 months that is likely to be rolled over for the duration of the programme.

Day rate: £450
