€525 PER DAY - THIS FIGURE INCLUDES EXPENSES
This role is to support my clients Solvency II Programme of work as it prepares for full regulatory implementation in January 2016.
In particular:
PROVIDE PMO ADMINISTRATION IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
Maintenance of the RAID, Financials and Resource logs
Maintenance of the SharePoint directory, the central repository for all Solvency II materials
Provision of regular updates to Group PMO and Risk reporting
Tracking of weekly status logs and task logs across all workstreams
Set up and maintenance of the Solvency II Documentation Library
Preparation of minutes/actions from SII Steering Meetings
PMO/PROJECT MANAGER - INSURANCE, SII, PRINCE2 & RISK
PROVIDE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES AS FOLLOWS:
Coordinate the preparation for user acceptance testing of the newly configured third party SII reporting system by the Risk and Finance workstreams. This includes creating the test plan, overseeing the progress on issue resolution and conducting regular UAT update meetings between the testers and the third party provider.
Liaise with the workstream leads and maintain and update the individual workstream plans using MS Project,
Coordinate between Data Providers, Finance and Actuarial in the tracking of tasks for the delivery of the QRT Dry Runs
Monitor EIOPA and CBoI sites for updates and circulate relevant publications to the project team
Perform other ad hoc tasks as required

End to end project delivery
Strong Engagement and Stakeholder Management skills
Strong customer facing skills
Good IT skills including MS Project are essential. They must be highly organized with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
Experience of working with 3rd party vendors on software implementations and managing UAT cycles highly desirable.
