PMO/Project Manager - Client Onboarding/Compliance (5678)

For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a:

PMO/PROJECT MANAGER - CLIENT ONBOARDING/COMPLIANCE (5678)

In this role you will be a part of the COO department and will be responsible for planning, coordinating and tracking the execution of deliverables of assigned program streams, including risk management.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AS PROJECT MANAGEMENT WITHIN A LEADING CONSULTING FIRM IN THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY - prior experience within a Compliance and/or Front Office role is an advantage
- KNOWLEDGE OF THE CLIENT ONBOARDING PROCESS, INCLUDING AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE LATEST REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
- EXCELLENT PRESENTATION AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH A STRONG KNOWLEDGE IN DRAFTING A COMPELLING STORYLINE IN POWERPOINT
- Strong skills in business analyze and problem-solving and to handle multiple challenging priorities
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH, GERMAN IS AN ADVANTAGE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Actively support selected streams of the Global Client Onboarding program with a wide variety of activities
- Planning, coordinating and tracking the execution of deliverables of assigned program streams, including risk management
- Actively identifying opportunities to improve existing processes with a focus on control enhancements, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Organising, preparing and facilitating steering committees with senior management members
- Preparing reports for and presentations to the senior management, the CCRO COO and steering committees
- Preparing and running workshops and meetings with SMEs, documenting outcomes
- Interacting with multiple internal and external stakeholders as well as international locations
