Projektbeschreibung

The PMO Project Manager is responsible for various functions necessary to support the program.  PMO Project Managers shall operate various competencies with the PMO such as Planning Management, Communication Management, Risk Management, Issue Management, etc.  They shall be accountable for instrumentation, tracking, analysing and managing information related to the performance of each track and holistically the program.

- Acts as the central point of accountability for not only surfacing, but solving/mitigating issues and risks based on analytics derived from data captured. 
- Systematically tracks issues and risks, leads process to ensure mitigation strategies are in place and reports progress of issues/risks. 
- Aggressively manages issue aging report to ensure timeliness of issue closure. 
- Defines and manages escalation process to manage issues and risks
- Creates communication plans and reports to routinely update program constituents and key stakeholders.  The communication strategy includes consistent bilateral communication regarding program progress with ie, senior management, vendors, staff and program resources
- Ensures that major project activities are tracked and progress to goals are reported. 
- Analytics are required to ensure scope, schedule and budget are aligned dependencies are synchronized
- Maintains and tracks Program Milestones and cross project dependencies
- Responsible for ensuring all project reports are completed in a timely manger
- Consolidate all reports and assist in their delivery to the Program Office and Program Leaders
- Provides input and validation of the Program Plan in collaboration with Project Manager and other Program Leaders

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE - - WORKPLANS: Mastery in using Microsoft Project to create/maintain Timelines, delineating all phases of projects and workstreams, milestones and dependencies; time estimating, deadlines; managing to the plan
- DASHBOARDS AND POWERPOINT: use designated tools and experience in MS Office in the development and maintenance of progress reports, issue/risk reports, dashboards, charts, graphs and any communication that will be provide to a large audience.
- COLLABORATION: have a thorough understanding of Matrix management structures; interacting, planning, collaborating and/or partnering with project personnel, analysts, developers, technicians business representatives, corporate executives; work with resource managers in effective personnel utilization
- SOFT SKILLS: including organization, meeting facilitation, interpersonal, presentation skills, negotiation, collaboration, problem solving, idea generation
