PMO/PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER/PROJECTMEDEWERKER

Our client, a big enterprise in Amsterdam, is looking for a PMO to join a small dynamic team. You will fulfil the role as the right hand of the Project Manager. Outside of PMO administrative tasks you will also have Project Management responsibilities. They are looking for an independent, proactive and ambitious candidate that can take on responsibility and assist the PM with delegated tasks.

Kindly note: Dutch and English is required for this role.

Some of the tasks you will be responsible for:

* Administering and Maintaining key project documentation onto Livelink for Project Director and recording, logging and storing for the other team
members to ensure the project has a clear and concise audit trail in line with company procedures
. Organisation and support in the preparation of meetings (Presentations/Meetings of Minutes, List of Participants, Room booking and catering, etc.)
. Booking travel for the team as and when necessary
. Drafting letters for the Project Director/rest of team
. Providing ad-hoc administrative assistance to the Project Director as required from time to time
. Ownership of gathering and inputting of Lessons Learnt for the VF Database
. Ordering office Materials, IT Hardware & Software and Personal-Protective-Equipment
. Organising Training
. Keeping action trackers up to date
. Helping with paperwork for PO's (purchase order) etc.
. Quality and consistency check in tender documents (including formatting)
