PMO support for the Retail Data Strategy Team

Your tasks:

Project management part, ensure consistency, strategy, planning and reporting:

Control and coordinate program processes, quality and performance

Promote efficiencies by providing and managing a shared administrative service

Coordinate projects: synchronize, resolve issues font-size:10pt;">Promote efficiencies by providing a shared administrative service

Mobilisation font-size:10pt;">Mobilise (political) stakeholders

Stakeholder map and events

Communicate: daily reports, weekly updates, communication activities (newsletter) and events (kick-offs, launches)

Expert at Project/ Program Management Office

Expert at communication planning and stakeholder management

Experience in consulting and presenting

Fluent in German and English
