On behalf of our client in the pharmaceutical sector, Swisslinx are looking for dynamic and motivated PMO/Project Coordinator for a part time role in Basel on a rolling contract basis.
PMO/PROJECT COORDINATOR, PHARMA, ENGLISH (CONTRACT, BASEL)
In your role as PMO, you will work alongside a team of committed professionals working on a global rollout project. Reporting to the Project Manager you will assist them in decision making and coordination of projects.
Your duties will include the following:
- Assist in and coordinate project activities to ensure project deliverables
- Planning, scheduling and tracking of project
- Monitor and report project status on behalf of key stakeholders
- Estimate and communicate impact of change requirements
- Updating resource assignment
In order to be considered for this position, you will have the following skills and experience:
- At least 5 years experience as a PMO
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Experience working in office environment
- Background in pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Communicative personality
- Proactive approach to work and a willingness to work
- Fluency in English
