PMO - Project Coordinator wanted for our client in the pharmaceutical sector based in Basel.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Solid knowledge of project management
- Ability to allocate resources in a pharma portfolio
- Strong understanding of conducting meetings as well as compiling meeting minutes
- Basic financial knowledge would be beneficial
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be an asset
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing and coordinating resource planning of the late phase portfolio
- Coordinating regular resource review cycles within line units, update ABR (activity based resource) tool
- Facilitating Portfolio Review Meetings - preparing agenda, pre-reads, compiling minutes, distributing and archiving minutes, follow-up on actions, adapting ABR tool, sending updated resource plan to TPL's
- Preparing and updating annual Departmental Goals and Objectives
- Leading in diverse departmental initiatives (carve outs, shared services to other line functions)
