For our client, an international bank with a global reputation, Swisslinx are looking for a German speaking and highly motivated PMO/Project Coordinator for a regulatory project in Zurich with a strong potential for extension starting ASAP.
PMO/PROJECT COORDINATOR, GERMAN AND ENGLISH, BANKING (CONTRACT, ZURICH)
In this challenging contract role you will support the program director managing, coordinating and overseeing a global and strategic regulatory project.
The role will encompass the following deliverables.
- Track status & issues of implementation streams, budget and communication related topics as well as identify risk
- Liaison between Program Management and Implementation projects, Business and IT Support preparation of steering group meetings and other status update meetings
- Program related admin tasks eg SharePoint management, manage distribution lists, etc.
- Working on business projects, eg business requirements gathering on the business side
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Experience in a similar role coordinating international projects, ideally in the banking sector
- Business management experience advantageous
- Able to handle MS Office, mainly PowerPoint and Excel
- Quick learner, can keep overview, but is able to dig into detail where needed
- Fluency in German and English mandatory
This role would be also be the next step for a junior candidate with some basic banking project knowhow with outstanding communication skills in German and English.
