PMO Project Coordinator - Fluent German Speaker (Bern)
PMO Project Coordinator is required by a leading Swiss based consultancy to work on a contract migration. You will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of the entire migration of existing contracts into a new environment using a defined migration method and taking into account the migrations parameters.
Within this role you will be acting as a hub between the central ITS functions (sales, operations, billing and reporting) and providing support on all issues relating to the process of quoting to invoicing in the sales systems (SAP).
TASKS:
- on going development/optimization of the contract processes
- optimization of imaging products
- Analyses - creating management reports and proactively informing when the migration can not be performed on schedule and initiating appropriate measures.
- migration management in the operational systems (ITSM)
- initiate and coordinate any necessary measures to ensure that the migration can be completed successfully
- post-migration, responsible for the transfer of the contracts (including documentation) in the line organizations.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar function-Duty
- Appreciation of IT or technical background
- ITIL knowledge (desirable)
- FLUENT GERMAN SPEAKER AND GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH
