PMO/Portfolio Manager for Network Transition and Transformation (Contract, Zurich)
For our client, a leading company with global headquarters in Zurich, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent
PMO/Portfolio Manager for Network Transition and Transformation (Contract, Zurich)
In this challenging contract position, you will support the Network Transition Lead and his team on a number of tasks, both administrative and programme related.
You will keep the overview of a portfolio of 500+ projects in the network tower worldwide, ensure adherence to governance standards and deadlines, check and report in detail on project status and progress, supplier delivery, allocated vs used project resources and budgets.
Additionally, you will offer your team support on administrative topics, such as organising meeting minutes and preparing presentations as well as drafting project plans and informing stakeholders.
This is a contract position in Zurich.
Full-time on-site presence 5 days a week in Zurich is mandatory for the entire duration of this assignment. Remote work will not be possible for this project.
The contract duration is 6-12 months.
The start date is ASAP.
The project language is English.
For this challenging position, we are searching for a solid and experience Technical PMO, with experience in large transition and transformation programme and previous exposure to network projects. The ideal candidate is not afraid of performing administrative tasks, but at the same time is familiar with managing a portfolio of several hundreds of projects. Experience with global technology vendor is necessary for this position. Previous experience with RAID management, project reporting, support of project management activities and ideally with large infrastructure transition and transformation programmes is necessary.
