Leading & facilitating the workshops.
Preparation of Steering Committees.
Support in project management, planning & budgeting.
Set-up of project governance.
Report on progress, risk & issues.
Coordinate the functional & technical analysis, design & requirement gathering.
Test coordination, User Acceptance Testing support.
Defining and recommending system solutions to meet business goals and product requirements.

Profile of PMO (PMO, Prince2, PMBOX, Lean 6sigma)

A master or bachelor degree in business administration, or equivalent through experience.
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a PMO
Prior experience in the banking sector with domain expertize such as saving and account / payments...
Able to support the project managers and management team in the usage of clarity.
Fluency in English, Dutch and/or French are more than welcome
Proficient user of Microsoft office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and specific tools (Visio, MS Project)

Project management methodologies certifications (such as Prince2, PMBOX, Lean 6sigma...)
