PMO Planning Manager (Programme/Telecom/Scheduling/Integration)
Our client requires a Programme Planning Manager to establish the planning processes and procedures that will allow the successful delivery of a large telecommunications network rollout project.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing the processes that will ensure that the programme status can be reported accurately. Other duties include critical path analysis, RAID, project planning, subcontractor management and management reporting.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have developed planning processes for very large projects and will have ideally set up PMO offices previously. Programme management experience alongside PM certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP/PMI is essential.
Though not essential, some technical experience across mobile telecoms and/or integration projects would be beneficial. Similar experience in process orientated markets such as construction or Oil & Gas would be viewed positively.
Must be eligible to work in the EU and be able to speak English to a technical level.
This is a good opportunity to join a multi-year project in Norway in a critical position.
