PMO sought by our client, a major pharmaceutical company based near Zug.
Responsibilities
- Manage the creation and completion of large IT projects
- Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders including senior management
- Supporting project management tasks
- PM Support
- Project Planning
- Tracking and status updates
- Documentation
- Investigating blockers
- Cost tracking
- Budgeting
- Project Risk
- Mediating workshops
- Risk management
- Leading/supporting meetings
- Providing documentation
- Excel and presentation work
- Ensuring projects have the right tools and processes
Requirements:
- Experience as a PMO or Project Assistant
- Excellent English and German written and verbal communication skills (Spanish would be a plus)
- Experience assessing/creating budget/headcount forecasts
- Good experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities
