My Client based in Arnhem, Netherlands is looking for an experienced PMO to join their growing team for a 4 month contract initially.

Required skills
- Experience with Fixed Line Telephony services/projects
- Service introduction
- Project Management Office experience (keep track of project progress/reporting)

Responsibilities
- Liaise with regional PABX leads to answer/action questions from OBS project members
- Update project status reporting (to support AN project manager)
- Liaise with GBS IM (Global Business System Information Management) delivery manager about service introduction
- Define/implement PABX standard changes
- Redesign/implement PABX non-standard changes process
- Redesign/implement PABX incidents management process
- Define/implement PABX services reporting
