Human Resources Outsourcing Specialist/PMO wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Minimum 4 years' experience either as a PMO in the HR area or as an HR Specialist with profound outsourcing experience
- Previous experience in HR outsourcing projects (either on client or supplier side) is mandatory
- Experience in working under Swiss labour law is a must-have
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and persuasion skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Supporting the project team on project planning, on the completion of project tasks and on the management of dependencies
- Taking responsibility for various PMO processes
- Tracking and escalating the significant risk and issues of the program
- Guiding the project lead on project activities
- Managing and improving the project documentation process
