My client is urgently seeking a PMO ORGANISATION STRUCTURE EXPERT to help build/optimise PMO organisation and flow.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Has 10+ years project management or delivery experience IN IBM, be familiar with organization structure/delivery flow/system regulation of IBM
- Has been involved for organization/flow building or optimization in IBM
- Very strong ability of problem solution and push
- Be good at relationship control in team and communication
- Ideally can speak Chinese
