We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to join their project in China.

Position Title: PMO Organization Structure expert (IBM)
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: September 2015
Duration: 12 months
Location: Shenzhen

Responsibilities:
- Help to build or optimize PMO organization and delivery flow.
- Responsible for the change management and process management from planning to implementation.
- Analyze existing working structures, optimize business from a result­/commercial oriented point of view.
- Auditing, tracking and reporting business critical processes.
- Schedule and organize workshops to achieve understanding.
- Support in daily operational activities. ­
- Prepare reports and documentations as required.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 15+ years of project management or project delivery experience with IBM
- Familiar with organization structure/delivery flow/system regulations of IBM.
- Experience in organizational/flow related projects, or in process optimization projects, while working with IBM.
- High level of proven problem solving abilities in challenging environments.
- Team leading/coordinating experience.
- Languages: English fluent, Chinese preferred only.
