The PMO/CIO Office manager guarantees the accurate understanding of the IT Department's status, based on reports gathered from the CIO's direct reports and spreads this vision across the company by engaging communication with the Business Lines and Business PMO.
*Gathers data from the CIO's direct reports and builds and maintains a dashboard synthesizing current status
*Prepares support decks for the IT Management Meeting, the IT Steering Committee, and the IT slides for the company's Senior Management Meetings.
*Writes and circulates minutes of the IT Management Meeting and the IT Steering Committee, and follows up on actions decided at these meetings
*Provides a monthly budget update, containing actual expenses to date and projections for the rest of the year, ensures communication is smooth with the company's Finance department
*Helps prepare yearly budget and roadmap working closely with BPMO.
*Support IT management actively in increasing the maturity of IT processes

*Reporting on IT finance is accurate
*Make it yearly efficiency gains visible.
*Managing overall IT project portfolio within budget
*Ensure that proper reporting is in place to secure that IT spending stays within the budget
