PMO (MID LEVEL) - OSLO, NORWAY - ENGLISH SPEAKING - 3 MONTHS + EXTENSIONS/RATE: EUR550 PER DAY ALL INCLUSIVE
One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Mid Level PMO.

Job description
1 mid-level resource with the ability to:
- Track financial and keep our Business Case calculations in Excel up to date (needs good excel understanding and experience in tracking + understanding financial numbers)
- Manage communication between the project and others (end users and IT resources )
- Create and manage project reporting (numbers, graphs, needs good PowerPoint skills)
PMO tasks:
- SharePoint administration
- Write minutes of meetings from stream lead and other meetings
- Keep track of actions discussed in the stream lead meetings
- Review risks together with TCS counterpart
- Maintain issue log together with TCS counterpart - raise issues and concerns to the PM if needed.
- Keep track of project plan
- Ad-hoc requests such as organizing teambuilding activities for the project team members
- Resource management - extension of resources, update the vacation planner
- Time Registration
Cost tracker:
- Keep the tracker updated with actuals
- Create a weekly report from the tracker
- Simulate different scenarios based on different cost pictures
- Review of operational costs that were set out in the business case
Communication:
- Write and coordinate the publishing of project articles (local and global)
- Review email content for roll-out
- Coordination of translation of emails
- Send emails prior to migration, as per schedule
- Attend communication meetings
- Publish project updates on Yammer
Support test manager with the preparation of test such as:
o Calling in for meetings
o Preparing test reports
o Communicating with the test resources
o SharePoint support
Support planning of roll-out:
o Support roll-out stream lead with all roll-out preparations
o Attend meetings and ensure that the client's interest are taken care of in the planning
o Keep track of decision made and next steps
