JOB TITLE: PMO MANAGER

Job Location: Dublin, Ireland
JOB TYPE: 6 MONTHS CONTRACT

Job Description:

- Experience of complex change/PMO
- Anticipate issues and break down into components
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Present data in ways to discuss the options and resolve issues
- Produce Project Management methodology related templates, flow charts and process documents. Document templates are expected to be visually appealing and usable.
- Conduct training sessions on PM methodology
- Conduct audits on projects to ensure compliance to PM methodology
- Design and optimise processes to improve project management and related functions such as procurement or cost management.
- Produce reports and presentation slides as requested by PMO Manager.
- Configure and administer timesheet management system
- Must have expert level knowledge on MS Word and Excel. 
- Must be able to create Word templates and Excel sheets with complex formatting and data linking.
- PRINCE2 or PMP certification preferred
