Our client, a large and well established, market leading financial services organisation is undertaking major projects, to improve the efficiency of their business, in particular PMO area's. They are looking for a talented Project Manager to join at an early stage to help define the end state and start to formalise plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Development and consolidation of a Group PMO office
Strong Stakeholder Management skills
Implementation of more robust governance framework
People development
Process definition and change
Business Relationship management
Excellent Communicator at all levels (able to communicate and present in large groups)

SKILLS NEEDED:

Project Management
PMO - set up/development
Organisational Change exp
Change Management
Impeccable stakeholder management skills
Organisational awareness
Good clear Written/Oral Communication
PMO experience or experience in Setting up a/multiple PMO offices
Banking experience
