MY DUTIES:
- Event management
- Calendar management
- Administrative support
- Track and follow up the initiated tasks (review) addressed to the department
- Support IS project in terms of bringing people together, setting up the initial stages of cooperation
- Develop, review, organize and align contents to meetings, projects
- Prepare and deliver presentations
- Schedule meetings and manage overlaps
- Oordinate internal/ external communication between directors and stakeholders
- Prioritize the workflow of projects
MY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Profound experiences as PMO
- Fluency in English, German is a big advantage
- Willingness to travel (15%, Switzerland and abroad)
- Well-organized, structured, proactive and punctual
- Knowledge and experience in Compliance and Risk Assignments (banking/finance) is highly preferred
