-Budget planning and forecasting in Clarity
-Development of a standardised report for the SAP Center of Competence management review
-Monitoring and facilitating budget requests through the Financial Assessment Process
-Facilitating the ordering process of resources
-Ensuring a smooth onboarding process
-Managing the invoicing including all related tasks
-Providing SharePoint support and enhancement
-Organization of meetings and writing of meeting minutes
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Profound experience in Project Management Office
-Project Management knowledge in PRINCE2, IPMA or Scrum preferable
-Experiences with Clarity
-Microsoft Office 2013 knowledge (good skills in Excel (VBA))
-SharePoint knowledge
-Fluency in German and English
